SFX: Devilishly Resourceful. Spend 1 PP to step up a stunt or resource from your COMBAT or COVERT specialties.
SFX: Fights for Keeps. Step back the highest die in your action pool to add D6 and step up physical stress inflicted.
SFX: Second Chance. If your pool includes a CYBERNETIC WARRIOR power, spend 1 PP to reroll your dice pool.
SFX: Second Wind. If your pool includes a CYBERNETIC WARRIOR power, you may move your physical stress die to the Doom Pool and step up the power for the action.
Limit: Exhausted. Shutdown any CYBERNETIC POWER to earn 1 PP. Activate an opportunity or participate in a Transition Scene to recover it.
Limit: Fate's Fickle Hand. If your dice pool includes a CYBENETIC WARRIOR power, both 1's and 2's on your dice count as opportunities, but only 1's are excluded from being used for totals or effect dice.
WARTIME ARMAMENT

SFX: Concentrated Fire. Against a single target, step up or double your KREE WEAPONS die. Remove the highest-rolling die from your dice pool, and use three dice for your total.
SFX: Focus. If your dice pool includes a WARTIME ARMAMENT power, you may replace two dice of equal size with one stepped-up die.
SFX: Going For Broke. Step up or double any WARTIME ARMAMENT power for one action. If that action fails, add a die to the Doom Pool equal to the normal rating of the power.
SFX: Immunity. Spend 1 PP to ignore stress or trauma from vacuum, hunger, thirst, or fatigue.
SFX: Tactical Expertise. Spend 1 PP to step up a COMBAT MASTER stunt or resource and recover mental or emotional stress.
Limit: Gear. Shutdown WARTIME ARMAMENT power set to earn 1 PP. Take an action versus the Doom Pool to recover it.

DESIGN NOTES
This version of Star-Lord is pretty straightforward copy of the canonical Star-Lord datafile, with the following exceptions. Chadwick Boseman's Star-Lord is very chill. That is his real super-power as far as I'm concerned. I pretty much based his Distinctions on Black Panther, updated to his new cosmic background. As for his specialties, I put them more in line with the canonical Star-Lord, because that's pretty much T'Challa's background in the current continuum. The major, major change I made was to make him a PSYCH Grandmaster, to reflect how much this Star-Lord leans on his emotional intelligence over his superpowers and fighting ability. And that it really, really works! 'Nuff Said!
